Pragmatic Productions is a video production company based in Lichfield, Staffordshire - near Birmingham. We provide new media services for everyone.

What is New Media?

When television was invented, newspapers became old media, and the 6 o'clock news became new media. New media usually refers to recent media based on new information technology.

24th April - Our Work on the BBC Website /

We worked with The Radical Middleway this month, to film their event thats touring all around the country called 'The Dangerous Ideas Tour'. We made a short promotional video which can be seen here: link. Unfortunately they've provided the video in a low quality Real Media Player format. You can watch it in HIGH-quality on our portfolio page.

16th March - Over The Rainbow /

We were pleased to work with Theatre Productions Ltd again this month to film 'Over The Rainbow' the Eva Cassidy story, starring Faye Tozer (Steps). The promotional video we filmed is now available in our portfolio page.

1st Feb - New Website /

Welcome to our new website, we've updated mostly all the literature, and added new videos to the portfolio page, so make sure to check them out!

1st Jan - Happy New Year! /

Happy new year to everyone from Pragmatic Productions. We have a lot planned this year including new services such as DVD duplication and the introduction of High-Def videos at a great price!

4th Dec - We Will Rock You! /

We were pleased to work with The Friary School in Lichfield to film a great school theatre production of We Will Rock You - the Musical by Queen.
