9. Pragmatic Productions reserves the right to refuse to publish or
broadcast any offensive, obscene, morally unsuitable, in breach of
copyright or illegal material.

10. Pragmatic Productions cannot be held liable for loss or damage
caused as a result of third party action or failure.

11. E-Mail, Phone and SMS correspondence shall be sufficient to prove
changes to agreements for the form and content of programmes.

12. All clients of Pragmatic Productions are expected to fully communicate
with Pragmatic Productions when working with them.

13. If the total of the agreed monies is not paid by the pre-arranged
deadline, this is usually 14 days after the invoice has been sent then
Pragmatic Productions will charge 8% interest on the remaining fee per
annum.

14. If money is agreed to be paid in more than two installments there will
be an extra charge of 5% on top of the full amount.

15. Any claims of faulty DVD products must be made 7 days after
recieving them in order to have them replaced. If it has passed 7 days
you must purchase the replacement.

16. In the case of Live Event filming, Pragmatic Productions will not be
responsible if the sound technician does not perform as
well as expected.

Terms & Conditions of Contract

As of 25th January 2008

1. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the invoice must be paid before, or on the day of filming as a deposit. The remaining percentage must be paid off within a pre arranged deadline in order to recieve the final product.
If filming does occur without the deposit, editing of the product will NOT commence until the deposit is recieved.

2. All payments may be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

3. All cheques must be made payable to Pragmatic Productions.

4. The customer must specify and agree on the requirements for the project with Pragmatic Productions before work commences.

5. Major alterations to a project must be discussed with Pragmatic Productions and anyone involved, and agreed in writing.

6. All Videos created may be used for promotional purposes for Pragmatic Productions, and will not be used in any other way.

7. A video will only be publically released by Pragmatic Productions once the customer approves that they are happy and content that the video is complete in writing.

8. When you take up our Live Event service Pragmatic Productions will upload a preview of one of the tracks filmed, this will be viewable for 24 hours for evaluation.
